With this organisation the range of employees was an issue from the start.  From the fifty plus year old with a heart issue, to the 30 year old who was five months pregnant and all shapes, sizes and health conditions in between, activity participation was a concern. The objectives for the training identified a need for understanding that isolated working did not mean being isolated, as well as a familiarization with each of the team members and the differing skills therein. Activity responsibility devolved to the team, into considerations for each others contributions and limitations.  Throughout the day, it was reinforced, by the facilitator that the group needed to work together and understand each other.  Tasks were completed, each of the team members became more confident with each other and the process of putting names, faces and understanding they could all help each other started.
