The format of the day was split between the formal meeting of business information to discuss, followed by some work on listening skills, trust and problem solving.  The activities invoked the “double loop learning” principle, whereby questioning is occurring to assist in righting the issues arising. With a couple of short problem solving exercises on the land, followed by archery and raft building, and bridge building the aims of the group were achieved.  A short debrief at the end paved the way for the learning and reflection to continue back in the work place.
