This company had a number of technical experts (in their field) employed.  They developed a range of behaviors which were to be endorsed from the top level.  These were in writing, with both what they were, and were not, in writing. In practical terms the company wanted a day of activity which would highlight these behaviors in order for the participants to understand the practical application for taking back into the work place. Each activity was plotted on a spread sheet against behaviors, and used as a reference point of discussion.  This was developed back in the workplace after the activity day.  It was challenging due to the technical nature of the participants, but using a report system to record the information was the key in order for understanding to develop.
