Welcome To Waterland Business Development Waterland is based on a 44 acre lake in the Cotswold Water Park.  We have changing facilities, grass areas, a field and small copse for use in command task and bushcraft activities.  We have worked with adult groups from 6 to 50 with a variety of needs from a basic raftbuild to a full pre and post analysis development programme.   Jo Pendlebury is qualified in Training, with a Masters Degree in Training & Development, Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. Jo has worked in Management and Human Resources since 1986. and joined Waterland  full time in 2000.  Jo is now keen on combining her knowledge and experience of training & development with her love of the outdoors.
