At Waterland we believe training using the outdoors provides a real environment in which decisions taken have an immediate effect on the activity. This is why the outdoors, used carefully, is useful for both Business Development and Personal Development Training

Jo Pendlebury is qualified in Training, with a Masters Degree in Training & Development, Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. Jo has worked in management in the hotel industry for five years, Human Resources for 10 years in a national company and is now keen on combining her knowledge and experience of training & development with her love of the outdoors. Qualifications in the outdoors include Senior Sailing Instructor, Kayak Instructor, Archery Instructor and Powerboat Instructor.

Along with Peter, and other instructors on the site (all qualified with NGB certificates) we ensure your programmes, whether team development, personal development or team build will meet your objectives, whilst adhering to our ethos of Safety, Fun and Learning.

Waterland is based at the Cotswold Water Park, just south of Cirencester, deep in the heart of the Cotswold's.

‘’Following a lunch and meeting at the nearby Four Pillars Hotel our Partners enjoyed a fantastic couple of hours at Waterland - and we would definitely use you again. 

It was an Ideal location with great staff and this all helped towards making the whole day (and night) a huge success. Albeit if they were a little wet and muddy!

The activity afternoon was a fun and competitive team building event and one that catered around both our requirements as a company and the individual needs of the delegates - providing us with exactly what we wanted in the time we had available.
