Jo Pendlebury is qualified in Training, with a Masters Degree in Training & Development, Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. Jo has worked in management in the hotel industry for five years, Human Resources for 10 years in a national company and is now keen on combining her knowledge and experience of training & development with her love of the outdoors. Qualifications in the outdoors include Senior Sailing Instructor, Kayak Instructor, Archery Instructor and Powerboat Instructor.

Along with Peter, and other instructors on the site (all qualified with NGB certificates) we ensure your programmes, whether team development, personal development or team build will meet your objectives, whilst adhering to our ethos of Safety, Fun and Learning.

Waterland is based at the Cotswold Water Park, just south of Cirencester, deep in the heart of the Cotswold's.
